I have lived in the Greater Moncton, NB area for more than 30 years – I know the neighbourhoods! I have more than 15 years of Real Estate experience and I have been in your shoes many times. I have bought, renovated and sold as a homeowner, investor and landlord in my local community.

Biography
I am a firm believer in giving back to the community and I have done so in many ways. When I’m not working in Real Estate, I am also an International speaker and trainer.
I was blessed to work with a real estate education company as a trainer, coach and speaker, a partnership that has spanned over 6 years.I trained and coached entrepreneurs starting their own real estate investing business, providing them the knowledge from A-Z.
The training company programs include how to set up business systems, how to build your team, work with contractors, work with realtors, complete scope of work, how to estimate house repairs, negotiation skills, market your business, building relationship and mindset to list just a few.
I used to jump on a plane to go to work and be a hands-on trainer.
Yes, I am even a co-author! Book “From Ordinary to Extraordinary”. I am one of the 10 Canadian women featured with our real estate success stories.
